1. Promoter

The promoter is Chery Melbourne City, operated by Nexus Group Pty Ltd, of 371 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207 (Promoter).

2. Promotion

The promotion is known as the Chery Melbourne City 2026 Chery Global User Summit Promotion.

The promotion provides eligible entrants with the opportunity to win a trip to attend the 2026 Chery Global User Summit at the Chery Global Innovation & Technology Centre in Wuhu, China.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 8:30am, 29^th August 2026 and closes at 5:30pm AEST on 21 September 2026 (Promotional Period).

Entries received after the conclusion of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents who:

1. are aged 18 years or over;
2. are legally eligible to enter the promotion;
3. purchase a new eligible Chery vehicle from Chery Melbourne City during the Promotional Period; and
4. comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, associated companies, participating agencies and their immediate family members may be excluded from entering the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

5. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, an eligible entrant must:

1. Purchase a new Chery vehicle from Chery Melbourne City during the Promotional Period; and
2. Complete any entry requirements specified by Chery Melbourne City at the time of purchase.

Each eligible vehicle purchase will receive one entry/entries into the draw.

No separate purchase of a ticket to the 2026 Chery Global User Summit is available through this promotion.

A vehicle purchase must be completed in accordance with the Promoter's requirements for the purchase to constitute an eligible entry.

Cancelled vehicle purchases, refunded transactions or purchases that are otherwise not completed may be deemed ineligible.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive a trip to attend the 2026 Chery Global User Summit in Wuhu, Anhui, China.

Subject to availability and final event arrangements, the prize is expected to include:

• Return economy-class flights from Australia to China;
• Accommodation for the duration of the event;
• Attendance at the 2026 Chery Global User Summit;
• Chery Global Users' Night;
• VIP factory tour;
• Crash test experience;
• Private tour guide;
• AiMOGA Launch Event;
• Chery Charity Cycling Event;
• Sightseeing and entertainment activities included in the official event itinerary; and
• Other activities or experiences included by Chery as part of the official event program.

The trip is expected to be approximately one (1) week, subject to final travel and event arrangements.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

1. The winner must be available to travel during the dates specified by the Promoter and/or Chery for the 2026 Chery Global User Summit.
2. Travel dates are determined by the Promoter and/or event organisers and may not be changed at the winner's request.
3. The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and meet all entry, visa, health and travel requirements applicable to travel to China.
4. The winner is responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel documents or permissions unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
5. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. These may include, but are not limited to:
6. The winner must comply with all airline, accommodation, event, venue and travel provider requirements.
7. The winner must comply with all reasonable directions of the Promoter and event organisers while participating in the prize.
8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

8. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

The draw will take place on date to be determined by the Promoter but within a few days of the competition closing

at:

371 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207

The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided to Chery Melbourne City.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner within one (1) business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced through Chery Melbourne City's:

• Website;
• Facebook page;
• Instagram account; and/or
• Other promotional channels.

11. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period specified by the Promoter, is unable to travel during the required dates, does not meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may determine that the winner has forfeited the prize.

In that event, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Any redraw details will be published or communicated where required by law.

12. Vehicle Purchase

The purchase of a new Chery vehicle is required to enter this promotion.

The purchase of a new Chery vehicle provides an eligible customer with an opportunity to enter the draw but does not guarantee that the entrant will win the prize.

The winner is selected at random from eligible entries.

Nothing in this promotion changes the terms and conditions applying to the purchase of a vehicle from Chery Melbourne City.

13. Cancellation or Changes to the Event

The Promoter is not responsible for changes, postponement or cancellation of the 2026 Chery Global User Summit caused by circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

If the event is cancelled, postponed or substantially changed, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:

• Change travel arrangements;
• Substitute elements of the prize;
• Postpone the prize; or
• Provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. Travel Risks

The winner acknowledges that international travel may involve risks and changing circumstances.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with all relevant travel advice, airline requirements, government requirements and entry requirements applicable at the time of travel.

The Promoter recommends that the winner obtain appropriate travel insurance.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies, employees, agents and contractors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or disappointment arising from or in connection with:

• Entry into the promotion;
• Acceptance or use of the prize;
• Travel associated with the prize;
• Cancellation or changes to flights, accommodation or events;
• Events outside the Promoter's reasonable control; or
• Any technical or administrative error associated with the promotion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy

By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of:

• Administering the promotion;
• Verifying eligibility;
• Contacting the winner; and
• Conducting the prize draw.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

17. Publicity

The winner agrees, if reasonably requested by the Promoter, to participate in promotional activities relating to the prize, including photographs, video and social media content.

The winner's name, image and likeness may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes without further payment or compensation, to the extent permitted by law and with any required consent.

18. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Attempts to manipulate the promotion;
• Acts fraudulently; or
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

If the promotion cannot operate as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

In accordance with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) guidelines, a permit is not required for this trade promotion lottery in Victoria.
